Every rate Xinix Trucking charges, written out. The number we quote on the phone is the number you pay at the end — no add-ons at the curb, no fuel surcharges, no last-minute discoveries. If a job genuinely takes longer than we estimated, that's our problem, not yours.
Rates
Local move — 2-person crew
$200per hour · 2-hour minimum
Within roughly a hundred miles of Los Angeles. Fully equipped 16–26 ft truck, moving blankets, dollies, basic furniture assembly and disassembly. The most common job we run; a standard two-bedroom takes three to five hours.
Bigger homes — 3 to 4 movers
$300 – $400per hour
For four-bedroom homes and up, or any job with long carries, multiple flights of stairs, or unusual access. The extra hands earn their pay on these — finishing in a day instead of two saves you more than the higher hourly rate costs.
Long-distance move — flat rate

Pianos (upright and grand), antiques, fine art, sculptures, safes, pool tables, chandeliers. Custom crating, padded transport, climate-controlled trucks available for fragile or high-value items. (Detail on specialty work →)
Packing service — add to any move
$65per hour · per packer
Boxes, paper, bubble wrap, specialty crates for dishes, wardrobes, mirrors. Materials charged at cost. A studio takes a half-day for one packer; a four-bedroom is one or two days with two packers.
Commercial & office — quoted by walk-through
By estimateafter a site visit
Office relocations, retail, warehouse. Scheduled around your operations — evenings, weekends, off-hours. Project manager assigned for the duration. IT equipment, modular furniture, inventory. Certificate of insurance provided at no additional charge for building management.

How quotes work
Tell us what you're moving and where. We'll give you a rate over the phone for most jobs. For long-distance, large homes, or anything with access complications, we'll schedule a free walk-through — in person or by video — and quote a flat number. That number is what you'll pay.
