The phone is the fastest way and the one we prefer. There's no receptionist and no phone tree — you get Fernando, or the next person down the line, and you get a quote on the call.

Write toinfo@xinixtrucking.com and we'll answer inside four working hours, often faster. Useful if you want to send a list of what you're moving, or photos of a specialty piece, or a building's certificate-of-insurance requirements.
When we pick up
- Monday – Friday
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific.
- Saturday
- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific.
- Sunday
- Closed. Emergency moves by appointment — call and leave a message.
- After hours
- Leave a voicemail and we'll call back the next working morning.
What to tell us
A useful first message gives us four things:
- What: studio / one-bedroom / two-bedroom / house / office. Anything specialty (piano, art, safe).
- Where from, where to: at least the neighborhoods. Stairs or elevator if it matters.
- When: the date or window you're aiming for.
- How to reach you: phone is fastest.
That's enough to give you a rate over the phone for most jobs. For larger moves or long-distance, we'll schedule a free walk-through.
